Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping for all orders within India at a flat rate of INR 100 for prepaid orders. Domestic orders are shipped anywhere between 10-15 business days due to the fact that all of our garments are made after receiving your orders and as per your specifications. Usually orders are shipped much quicker but this is a just-in-case.  

International Shipping

1. Shipping charges overseas is flat INR 2500

2. The delivery period may be as long as 7-10 working days post the date of dispatch. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.

4. The brand or the founder does not take responsibility and is not liable if the package is held at customs or any other point in the destination country.

Failed Deliveries

For any packages that were failed to be delivered due to the customer not being available, incorrect contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay -  Shriya Singhi does not take responsibility for the same or the shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order upon your request. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will have to bear the shipping fee.  

Cancellations
